Learn it. Practise it. Show you understand it.
The course is for owners and managers who want to put AI to work without learning to program. You practise giving clear instructions, improving a draft, checking information and protecting business data.
01
Complete the course
Work through all 62 lessons across 8 modules, with time to try the exercises.
02
Pass the assessment
Answer at least 16 of 20 questions correctly. The assessment is scored automatically.
03
Receive your certificate
Once those requirements are met and the 14-day waiting period after purchase has ended, you can obtain your certificate in your account.
A record you can share.
Your certificate records your name, the course, its issue date and a credential ID. A public verification link lets someone check the certificate’s status. You can download the PDF and add the credential to your LinkedIn profile.

It confirms that you completed this course and passed its assessment. It is not an OpenAI or university qualification.

Those words are sometimes used interchangeably. What matters is who issues the credential and what you must do to earn it.
- Course completion
- A record of finishing a particular course. Ours also requires a passing assessment. It is suited to documenting your learning.
- Vendor certification
- May involve a separate exam tied to a vendor’s tools or standards. If an employer requires a named credential, check that exact requirement before choosing a course.
A credential does not replace good judgment or guarantee recognition by a particular employer. If your aim is to use ChatGPT more confidently in daily business work, start by trying the teaching.
